Use of the Techmatik & Robotics service implies acceptance of these conditions.
Service
Techmatik & Robotics provides ECU remapping services on customer-supplied files. The modified file is delivered exclusively to the customer who placed the order.
Original file (ORI) and storage responsibility
On order fulfilment we deliver the original file (ORI) read from the ECU if you do not already have a copy. Storage of the ORI file is the buyer's responsibility. For 30 days from the order date you may request a free new copy of your ORI; after that period, any reconstruction of the original file is a new job and must be re-purchased. Keep the ORI file in a safe place (personal cloud, external backup) before flashing the modified map.
Customer obligations and IP indemnity
The customer warrants legal ownership of the uploaded ECU file or full written authorization from the owner, has the skills to flash the modified file, and assumes full responsibility for use of the modified vehicle. The customer indemnifies Techmatik & Robotics against any claim, damage, penalty or legal expense arising from infringement of copyright, patents, trademarks, OEM homologation or anti-tampering regulations relating to the file. Techmatik & Robotics does not control nor is required to verify the legitimacy of the uploaded file's ownership.
ETA and delivery times
Standard 24h, Express 4h, Priority 2h, Emergency 1h, ASAP 30 minh. Timer starts at payment confirmation. For unreadable files, we contact the customer without ETA decay. Indicated times may vary based on tuner availability: live status is shown in the order portal and per-order delivery times.
Payment
Advance payment via PayPal or credit card. No refund after delivery of the modified file, except in cases of non-delivery or unusable file (see refund policy).
Limitation of liability
Service provided 'as is'. Techmatik & Robotics is not liable for vehicle damage from improper flash, faulty hardware, post-delivery tampering. Liability cap: order value.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR)
EU consumers may turn to a competent ADR body for the out-of-court resolution of disputes. The EU Commission ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025: alternatively the consumer may file a complaint directly with Techmatik & Robotics at info.techmatik@gmail.com, or contact the competent ADR body in their Member State. We reply to every complaint within 14 days.
Jurisdiction
Consumer's domicile court (EU), otherwise Italian court.
