Right of withdrawal
14 days from payment to withdraw. NOTE: withdrawal expires when the modified file is delivered (digital service executed), unless the customer expressly requests no early delivery.
Full refund
Granted if: order is cancelled before delivery; modified file has unusable defects with tangible evidence; the requested mod cannot be developed for the customer's platform, unless that mod was explicitly selected as a "forced solution" during order creation.
Partial refund
Negotiated case-by-case for partial delivery.
Refund timing
Within 14 days of acceptance, on the same payment method. PayPal/card fees are non-refundable.
How to request
In priority order: (1) from the order tracking page on our website, using the message thread to explain the request; (2) via the PayPal app, opening a payment dispute; (3) as fallback, email info.techmatik@gmail.com with order reference and reason. Requests from website or PayPal generate automatic tracking in our admin panel. Reply within 48 business hours.
