Use of the Techmatik & Robotics service implies acceptance of these conditions.
Service
Techmatik & Robotics provides ECU remapping services on customer-supplied files. The modified file is delivered exclusively to the customer who placed the order.
Customer obligations and IP indemnity
The customer warrants legal ownership of the uploaded ECU file or full written authorization from the owner, has the skills to flash the modified file, and assumes full responsibility for use of the modified vehicle. The customer indemnifies Techmatik & Robotics against any claim, damage, penalty or legal expense arising from infringement of copyright, patents, trademarks, OEM homologation or anti-tampering regulations relating to the file. Techmatik & Robotics does not control nor is required to verify the legitimacy of the uploaded file's ownership.
SLA and delivery times
Standard 48-72h, Express 24-48h, Priority 12-24h, Emergency 6h. Timer starts at payment confirmation. For unreadable files, we contact the customer without SLA decay.
Payment
Advance payment via PayPal or credit card. No refund after delivery of the modified file, except in cases of non-delivery or unusable file (see refund policy).
Limitation of liability
Service provided 'as is'. Techmatik & Robotics is not liable for vehicle damage from improper flash, faulty hardware, post-delivery tampering. Liability cap: order value.
Jurisdiction
Consumer's domicile court (EU), otherwise Italian court.
