Right of withdrawal

14 days from payment to withdraw. NOTE: withdrawal expires when the modified file is delivered (digital service executed), unless the customer expressly requests no early delivery.

Full refund

Granted if: uploaded file is unreadable and order is cancelled before delivery; modified file has unusable defects; the requested mod cannot be developed for the customer's platform.

Partial refund

Negotiated case-by-case for partial delivery.

Refund timing

Within 14 days of acceptance, on the same payment method. PayPal/card fees are non-refundable.
